Entrepreneurship and development -seminar in Suomen Yrittäjät on October 28
As a part of its "Developing Micro Entrepreneurship in South Africa" -project, Finland-South Africa Association organises a seminar "Entrepreneurship and Development" in cooperation with Suomen Yrittäjät (Finnish Entrepreneurs) and Liikemiesten Lähetysliitto (Finnish Businessmen's Missionary Union).
Time and venue: 28.10.2010 13.00 pm - 16.00 pm at Suomen Yrittäjät (Finnish Entrepreneurs), address Mannerheimintie 76 A, on the sixth floor.
The purpose of the seminar is to encourage the entreprises to attend entrepreneurship training programmes. Finland-South Africa Association has been a pioneering organisation in this respect together with the clerical actors.
The event will be opened by the CEO of Suomen Yrittäjät, Mr Jussi Järventaus. The guest speakers are former FIFA 2010 World Cup Tournament Manager Mr Pertti Alaja, Green Party MP Mr Pekka Haavisto as well as former well-known South African businessman and current civic educational activist Hannes van Zyl. The speeches and a coffee break are followed by a panel discussion on "Entrepreneurs and development - expreciences of micro-entrepreneurship in South Africa".
