South African Culture in Tampere
This year in September the city of Tampere gets a splash of color as the Cultural Week of South Africa comes to town. A review of the life, history, society and culture of South Africa is created during this event through various genres of art. The audience is offered a chance to enjoy the rhythm of bantus, South African literature, and the arts and wines of the area, to name but a few examples. The event concentrates on The Republic of South Africa but the whole Southern Africa is also taken into account. You are welcome to join the journey to this side of the rainbow!
