Universities and Higher Educations Institutions

The North-South-South Higher Education Institution Network Programme (2007-2009) is coordinated by Centre for International Mobility CIMO in Finland. The purpose of the programme is to enhance human capacity in all participating countries through interaction and mobility. The aim is also to generate and disseminate knowledge and to create sustainable partnerships between higher education institutions in Finland and in partner countries. The focus is especially on the enhancement of higher education in partner countries.
